This is my original character, Deadzone. I was inspired in part by Spirit, and I started with figuring out a Cobra analogue for him. I like to think that in the cartoon, he'd lean more towards the "magic" side of things and speak in a raspy voice with a hint of a serpent hiss. A Lisssp if you will. In the comics, he'd be more technologically inclined and a lot more ruthless, using technology to simulate magic as seen in his bio. Or perhaps using some ambiguous combination of both.
In either incarnation, he'd be a bit of a large ham, in the cartoon, because he really believes he's invincible, and in the comics because it adds to his overall theatrical flair. The snake staff was totally cribbed from Jafar, but then it makes a lot of sense.

The head is storm shadow and the body is snake eyes. The arms come from an Obi Wan Kenobi and the "skirt" piece comes from a clone. I think an ARC trooper but I'm not sure. His legs come from the Nitro-Viper and the snake staff is cobbled together from some Indiana Jones sets. Hope you like it!
